David Neal Goings, of the Suitland, MD High School Class of 1966, died on Dec. 19, 2010. David had been president of his Class of ‘66, and lived in Chesapeake Beach. MD. He would have turned 62 in February. People remembered Dave as always joking and smiling. He also made all of the people around him smile. Dave enjoyed hanging out, talking sports, eating crabs and having a beer with friends. One of them mentioned that David was a retired police officer. Dave briefly attended the US Naval Academy in 1966.
